Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up
100% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up. Cancellations made after that till the time of pick-up are subject to a fee of €50 (approximately $57) or amount paid online, whichever is lesser. There will be no refund in case of cancellations made after that or no-shows.
Age surcharge
Applicable for drivers under 25 and above 70 years
Drivers under 25 or over 70 years of age may need to pay an extra fee.
